A London wedding is a very special event. There are historic venues, classic venues, urban chic venues and fashionable venues. There’s nothing that the city can’t offer. The reception venue sets the mood and atmosphere for your wedding celebration so if you can, visit the venue in person as the photos will not tell you how the venue feels, sounds, smells and is overall well equipped for your big day. Before sourcing reception venues take some time with your partner to find your style. Would you like to surprise your guests? Make them laugh? Make them cry? Always ask what’s included. Ask for an itemized list of every fee you’ll be charged. Some venues don’t include VAT, tables, linen, glassware, corkage, setup and take down, staffing and much more, so make sure all of this is clear before placing your deposit.
